Growing Kumquat Trees
- Hardiness: They are quite hardy, surviving temperatures down to (-10C), and are ideal for USDA Zones 8–10.
- Size: They are small, evergreen, slow-growing, and often thorny trees, typically reaching 8–15 feet in height, but they are often kept small in pots.
- Care: They prefer full sun and well-draining soil.
- Harvesting: They are often harvested from late fall through winter (November to March)
