- Avoid: Should not be planted directly near waterways due to heavy litter drop in autumn.

- Avenue or Walkway Planting: Used for creating beautiful, flowering walkways or avenue plantings.
- Mixed Borders: Integrates well into mixed shrub and perennial borders to add vertical interest and seasonal color.
